A CPE (client premises equipment = receiver/modem) is installed on the roof of the building facing the base station and a cable is
installed indoors to allow for connection. No other modem is required to connect to our service.
To operate wirelessly within your home
or office, a wireless router needs to be purchased at an additional cost. This then allows you to connect your computer wirelessly to our
modem in an area of about 30 meters from the router.

received

completed
application
form,
a
Screamer
installation
consultant
will
contact
you
to
schedule
an
installation
appointment.
When
the
installation
team
in
onsite,
a
signal
strength
test
will
be
conducted
to
ensure
the
signal
strength
is
according
to
our
standards.
Should
the
signal
be
substandard,
your
application
will
be
cancelled.
