What speeds do you offer and are they symmetrical?
Fibre plans are available from 50 Mbps up to multi-gig and are typically symmetrical. Wireless and LTE/5G offer tiered speeds with burst capability depending on signal quality and service plan.
Do you provide static IP addresses?
Yes. Static IPv4 is available on Business Fibre and Wireless, and via Private APN on LTE/5G. Static IP enables VPNs, CCTV, payment terminals and remote access.
Can you guarantee uptime and support with an SLA?
Yes. Business services include SLA commitments, proactive monitoring and 24/7 NOC support with clear escalation paths and service restoration targets.
Do you offer automatic failover for business continuity?

How long does installation take?
LTE/5G can be activated the same day once a SIM is provisioned. Wireless installs average 5–15 business days after feasibility and roof access approval. Fibre lead times depend on FNO build and wayleaves.
Will connectivity work during load-shedding?
Yes, provided your router and CPE are on backup power. We recommend a UPS for your networking gear; LTE/5G towers generally remain active, and fibre/wireless links resume instantly when power returns.
Can you optimise Teams, Zoom, VoIP and POS traffic?
Yes. We apply QoS for real-time voice and video, and offer SIP trunks, Cloud PBX and Teams Direct Routing to prioritise calls and reduce jitter.

What hardware do I need?
