Screamer Telecoms Internet Service Provider

Keep Your Business Connected During Loadshedding

Products January 23, 2023 Eskom, the state-owned power utility in South Africa, has announced that it will implement permanent load-shedding for the next two years. This means that South Africans should expect continuous stage 2 to stage 3 power cuts for the next 24 months, according to Eskom Chairman Mpho Makwana. Load shedding is an everyday reality for businesses in South Africa, but it doesn’t have to mean a complete shutdown. Screamer Telecoms has recently upgraded its network to ensure businesses can stay connected, even during power outages. With advanced technology and reliable infrastructure, Screamer’s internet service is built to withstand the challenges of load shedding. In addition, their small and medium business internet packages offer a range of options, so businesses can choose the one that best suits their needs. One of the critical features of Screamer’s network is its redundancy, which means multiple paths for data travel. This ensures that the data can still reach its destination if one path is down. Another feature of Screamer’s network is its ability to switch to a backup power source during outages automatically. This means businesses can continue to operate without interruption, even if the power is out for an extended period. Screamer Telecoms also offers 24/7 customer support, so businesses can know that any issues will be resolved quickly. With a range of internet packages and 24/7 customer support, businesses can choose the option that best suits their needs and have peace of mind knowing that they can stay connected, even during power outages. In conclusion, Screamer Telecoms is dedicated to keeping businesses running during load shedding with their advanced network that offers reliability and redundancy. Give A Lifeline

Outreach May 26, 2020 We are in an unprecedented time in society. With the rise of COVID-19, most countries in the world have shut down their borders and have put drastic measures in place to lock down major cities, all to help “flatten the curve” and to curb the spread of the Coronavirus. Here, at home, the situation is direr. With South Africa going into lockdown at the end of March, the people hit the hardest are those living in poverty. With the situation reaching a critical point, we’ve taken it upon ourselves to kickstart a food hamper initiative where have donated food hampers to those less fortunate than others. It’s an initiative that we plan to continue, and we challenge other internet service providers across the country to rise to the challenge and to give a lifeline to those who need it most in these dire straits.
